A business tool for Johnson Chimney Sweep to collect and organize published customer reviews, match reviews to technicians, and track technician review bonuses.

The owner can connect Google Business Profile to import reviews from selected business locations. Workiz and Joby records help suggest technician matches. Uncertain matches remain pending for owner confirmation. The management dashboard requires owner authentication.

The app also supports authorized Google Local Services Ads lead follow-up: reading message leads, sending a configured first reply through LSA when enabled, and emailing lead details to the business office for callback. Office staff create jobs manually.

Customer review links direct customers to Google. QR opens are tracked separately and do not count as reviews or earn bonuses.
