Johnson Reviews Desk Privacy Policy

Johnson Reviews Desk is an internal business tool operated for Johnson Chimney Sweep. It imports business reviews, helps attribute reviews to technicians, tracks review bonuses, and prepares owner notifications and reports.
Information we access
With the account holder’s permission, we access Google Business Profile account and location information and published review data, including review identifiers, reviewer display names, ratings, comments, and posting dates. We store the Google connection credentials needed to maintain the authorized connection. We also store technician information, bonus settings, review attribution decisions, and notification records. Connected Workiz and Joby records may include customer names, job dates, and technician assignments used to suggest review matches. Technician QR link visits are recorded separately from confirmed reviews.
How information is used
Google data is used to identify saved business locations, import reviews for mapped profiles, prevent duplicate records, suggest technician attribution, and prepare review and bonus reports. Saved owner policies may automatically credit eligible reviews. Uncertain matches require owner confirmation. QR visits alone do not earn bonuses. The review importer does not edit Google profiles, post replies, or change Google reviews.
Local Services Ads and office alerts
When Google Ads access is authorized, we access Local Services Ads lead identifiers, service details, available customer names, phone numbers and tracking extensions, message text, conversation participants, and timestamps. This information is used to send the configured first response through Local Services Ads and forward lead details to the business office by email through Resend, including delivery to the configured Joby inbox. Office assignment labels and reply and email delivery records are stored to coordinate follow-up and reduce duplicates. The LSA workflow does not email customers or create Joby jobs. These features send messages only when configured and enabled. The Google Ads OAuth scope authorizes broad account access, but this application uses it for the stated LSA lead features.
Storage and sharing
Connection secrets and refresh tokens are encrypted in application storage. Access to the management dashboard requires owner authentication. Application hosting and storage providers process data to operate the service. Saved report recipients receive review information through the configured email provider, Resend. Google and connected business systems receive requests necessary for their integrations. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or training generalized AI models.
Retention and deletion
Imported records and attribution history remain in Review Desk until deleted through supported owner controls or a deletion request. Disconnecting Google stops future access but does not by itself erase previously imported records. To request deletion of stored connection credentials or imported data, contact the operator below. Backups and provider logs may remain subject to their retention practices.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google in Review Desk or revoke the app’s access in your Google Account permissions. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing info@johnson-chimneysweep.com.
Google API data policy
Johnson Reviews Desk’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
