Johnson Reviews Desk is operated for Johnson Chimney Sweep to organize customer reviews and internal technician bonus records. Use management features only if authorized by the business owner, and connect only accounts you have permission to access.
Reviews and bonus records
Customers should provide honest reviews based on their experience. Review matching suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. The owner is responsible for confirming uncertain attributions and reviewing bonus records. A recorded bonus is not evidence of payment; QR visits and pending reviews do not earn bonuses.
Local Services Ads follow-up
Authorized owners may configure a first response to Google Local Services Ads message leads and email alerts to the office. The owner is responsible for the response wording, lead follow-up, and proper handling of customer information. Office staff manually create jobs. Response targets are goals and are not guaranteed. Automatic replies require explicit activation and working integrations.
Connected services
Google, Workiz, Joby, and email services are subject to their own terms and availability. Import timing and service availability are not guaranteed. Review Desk is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
