Johnson Reviews Desk is a business application operated for Johnson Chimney Sweep. It helps the office organize Google customer reviews, match reviews to technicians, track technician bonuses, and manage Local Services Ads lead follow-up.
Reviews and technician reporting
With the account holder’s authorization, the app reads Google Business Profile locations and published reviews. Connected Workiz and Joby records help match reviews to technicians. Uncertain matches are reviewed by the owner. Customer QR codes open Google review pages; QR opens are tracked separately from completed reviews.
Local Services Ads leads
With authorization from a Google Ads account holder, the app reads Local Services Ads message leads and conversations. When configured and enabled, it sends an approved first response through Google Local Services Ads and emails available customer contact details and service requests to the office’s Joby inbox for callback. Office staff decide whether to create a job. Response timing depends on Google and connected services.
Account access and data
The business dashboard requires owner sign-in. Google access is granted through Google’s authorization screen and can be revoked through Google Account permissions. Google data is used to provide these features and is not sold.
